Modo de Fazer:<br />

Misturar tudo numa vasilha com a mão ( massa muito pesada para batedeira ), coloca tudo na forma untada e vai ao forno já pré aquecido a 180º , fica em média 40 minutos, mas deve-se ficar acompanhando. Quando parecer/estiver rachando em cima, pode-se tirar.<br />

O ideal é fazer num dia e tirar da forma no outro porque fica ótimo pra fazer os cubinhos ou cortar em formatos de desenhos.<br />
<br />
Ele fica mole por dentro mesmo , pois não assa muito no meio.<br />

<li>200g de peito de peru picado ou salsichas carioca</li>
<li>50g de azeitonas pretas sem caroço</li>

<li>1 tablete de caldo Maggi de carne</li>

<li>Acrescente os tomates picados, mexa até eles dissolverem, acrescente 2 colheres de estrato de tomate, e um pouquinho de água caso fique muito grosso, deixe cozinhar por uns 10 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando para não queimar</li>
<li>Desligue o fogo do molho e acrescente a galinha desfiada, misturando bem</li>
<li>Acrescente o creme de leite e misture novamente</li>
<li>Em um refratário despeje o molho com a galinha desfiada e o creme de leite</li>
<li>Faça uma camada de requeijão em cima e depois outra com as 4 fatias de presunto (opcional) e outra com as 4 fatias de mussarela</li>
<li>Salpique queijo ralado por cima a gosto, para gratinar</li>
<li>Coloque no forno por uns 15 minutos até derreter o queijo</li>
<li>Tire do forno, acrescente batata palha e sirva.</li>
